The Client

 

KHA was founded two years ago as a recruitment consultancy with a difference. The company aims to dispel the negative associations with the recruitment market and to offer customer service to both the recruiting client and the candidate. KHA specialises in the recruitment of senior sales and marketing professionals and, as such, utilises fully trained behavioural interviewers combined with the technology solution In2View to ensure a high match of client requirements and employee skills.

 

The Project

 

KHA had a requirement to validate the existing candidate database and to carry out market research on customer satisfaction. The whole project was managed online to ensure the KHA team had instant access to the updated information and had a turnaround deadline of ten days.

 

The Results

 

The project was a resounding success with approximately 90% of those contacts validated completing the questionnaire enabling KHA to better understand the candidate requirements and how to develop the service portfolio. The Office Manager of KHA says of the campaign:
