Kamino founded in 1969 in New York, with offices now spread throughout the USA, Europe and Asia; Kamino employs over 400 people worldwide.

 

Their services extend from management of shipments by air, ocean or road freight through to warehousing, online inventory control, returns management and call centres taking customer orders; in essence management of the entire supply chain.

 

The Project

 

The aim of the telemarketing project was to promote Kamino not only as a supplier of sea and air freight but also as a company able to deliver a total supply chain management service. The campaign is run on a project basis, with each project treated individually, using specific target data in order to generate as many quality appointments and leads as possible during the required timescale.

 

The Results

 

The huge success of the campaign has been due to a combination of constant dialogue and review meetings with Kamino, the consistency gained from using the same team throughout and adapting the approach to each piece of work.

 

The return on investment within the first six months has already reached 180% with future scope for an increase of business on the initial contracts won. The Sales Director of Kamino says of the campaign:
