The Client

 

Europe's specialist Internet datacentre and hosting company, provides more than 200 customers across Europe with a range of managed solutions in multi-carrier, highly secure, quality assured, optimum environment datacentres. IXEurope, who run a series of networking evenings throughout the year, have implemented some good ways of intoducing new blood into the events, but wanted to find additional new ways to increase attendance of these and other conferences that they had been organising. With this in mind, they decided to trial a telemarketing solution aimed at following up invitations that had been sent out to potential guests.

 

The Project

 

When the time came for a high profile Business Continuity conference to the Finance sector, IXEurope made the decision to do a trial outsource project in an attempt to boost their attendance rate. The Telemarketing Company took the time to understand IXEurope's business, budget and requirements to find an approach that would work for them. Set up of the campaign was made easy by continuous support from The Telemarketing Company and regular reports were made to keep IXEurope up to date for the duration of the project, which was essential for event co-ordination.
