Intershop Consulting deliver turnkey e-commerce solutions. Their extensive e-commerce and Efinity knowledge support their clients in the planning, implementation and development of their e-commerce initiatives.
Intershop UK had previous positive experience of telemarketing but required additional capacity over and above their existing supplier who had been providing appointments for their sales teams.
