The Client

 

5 fifteen engaged through the Microsoft ISV service in April 2007. The purpose of the campaign was to drive delegates to a Microsoft co-hosted seminar around software solutions for the publishing arena. Having had mixed previous experiences of telemarketing, 5fifteen were keen to pilot The Telemarketing Company and the ISV Telesales service.

 

The Results

 

Throughout the project The Telemarketing Company provided a proactive and professional engagement and account management process and information was made readily available to 5fifteen. At the end of the campaign there had been 27 confirmed attendees and 1 face to face meeting.
