Mobius

Möbius was founded in 1997 as a spin-off from the University of Ghent, Belgium. Their’ head office is in Belgium with other offices in the UK, France and the Netherlands. They focus on Supply Chain Management and Business Process Management consultancy, the UK mainly focuses in the Supply Chain Management side. Currently employing over 140 people in the four locations mentioned above. Their Supply Chain Management projects cover the whole supply chain, encompassing the planning & management of all activities involved in sourcing, procurement, conversion and logistics. Möbius retains the close links with academic research which allows their consultants to use cutting edge analytical tools.

Project background

Mobius asked us to run a telemarketing campaign that was both flexible in the way it was called and fell in line with their overall budget for the calling. The aim was to set qualified appointments utilising their existing database.

Project execution and results

All appointments set were with leading DMC’s with a specific interest in Mobius's business consultancy services. Through our calling we also built up a strong pipeline allowing Mobius to follow through on this after the campaign had finished. All results were accompanied with a recorded call and it was quickly established that the meetings were of a quality agreed with Mobius. Training was given initially although we only used one specific caller throughout the campaign. We produced more appointments than were originally targeted, making this a successful campaign.
