The Client

Zero4 is an independent marketing communications agency formed by a small number of thirtysomethings with vast experience in below-the-line, both client and agency side.

The Campaign

Zero4 approached The Telemarketing Company in 2005 with a need for an Event Attendance campaign on behalf of one of their clients. Their client had a list of prospects that needed calling and advising of the upcoming event and then confirming whether or not that contact would be attending.

The Results

Zero4 were so impressed with the results of the initial campaign in 2005 that they have since become an ongoing client and still run campaigns with us to date.

Q: What has been your experience during the running of the campaigns?

A: Before embarking on any campaign, it is imperative to agree the level of reporting and frequency you require it. Working with The Telemarketing Company is easy in this respect; we discuss and agree a reporting template that suits our requirements and they ensure this is adhered to throughout – it really is that simple!!!
