About American Express – Corporate Services

 

American Express – Corporate Services division is the world’s leading provider of expense management solutions helping 1000’s of companies enhance company spending control, streamline expenses and ultimately save money.

 

Project background

 

Since 2004, American Express has used The Telemarketing Company for various different corporate campaigns. Including outbound appointment setting and managing up to 10 inbound telephone lines.

 

In the UK, American Express aimed to reach out to companies across all sectors to grow its current client base. American Express had challenging objectives in order to meet set acquisition goals by end of the year.

 

Since August 2010 alone we have helped American Express achieve gap closing initiatives, providing quality leads for their sales teams. We have consistently exceeded targets across these campaigns.

 

The Telemarketing Company was selected to provide a campaign to support these objectives by providing high quality telephone and face to face appointments. The Telemarketing Company worked carefully with American Express to plan and execute ongoing and new campaigns.

 

Regular training is required to ensure all TTMC agents are up to date with the current product portfolio and we have regular welcomed visits from American Express to our Brighton office.
