We offer 200 computerised workstations in a robust and flexible Microsoft server 2003 and Microsoft SQL server based infrastructure. For compliance, quality control and training purposes we digitally record and archive every call we make in MP3 format.
We can satisfy the most complex technical requirements with a Prince2/ITIL qualified IT manager and a team of trained and Microsoft certified developers on site; anything from automated database synchronization to completely bespoke application development. More importantly, we get the basics right, delivering data, reports and results on time and to your specification.
All servers and key equipment are securely housed and are protected by multiple redundancy, "failover" systems, comprehensive UPS, humidity and temperature monitoring. All client data is also securely held and managed, in line with industry best practice.
As part of a major new round of investment, from August 2007 we will have a new Avaya Mutltivantage Express VOIP phone system and call recording platform. This will enable even closer technical collaboration with our clients systems and platforms and will offer over two years worth of indexed calls for analysis and client review.
