  Trainee Account Manager

Due to the continued growth of the company, a vacancy has arisen to join our management team. The role of Trainee Account Manager is highly demanding, and any candidate must be able to thrive in a much pressurised, results focused environment where you will need to be highly multifunctional and able and confident enough to walk in and manage any team, at any time, with the minimal supervision / guidance.

The key tasks are as follows:

• Cover account manager absences
• Client liaison, retention and development
• Briefing, motivating and development as well as general management of a team of telemarketers
• Ensuring results are achieved in terms of exceeding client expectations and SLA’s
• Report writing (statistical and commentary) and pro-actively identifying methodologies to improve campaign results
• Cost control
• Self- development and motivation
• Assist with telemarketer coaching and training, campaign development,
administration as well as high level calling as required.

Personal qualities:

• Confident and professional
• Work well under pressure
• Results and client focused
• Effective time management and attention to detail
• A leader who can motivate and develop staff
• Excellent communicator with professional image and outlook
• Ambassador for department and company

Experience required:

• Previous experience of running a team within a call centre desirable
• Previous experience of negotiating with clients at all levels desirable
• Strong PC Skills (knowledge of all MICROSOFT OFFICE PRODUCTS and ability to learn new systems) essential

  Market Researchers

We have vacancies within our Market Research department for Business to Business telephone market researchers.

Our work involves contacting businesses only and conducting telephone based market research, to high standards on behalf of our clients.

We are looking for professional, confident and enthusiastic individuals with basic computer skills, although full training and support will be provided.

Hours are 9.00 to 5.00, Monday to Friday with a starting salary of £11,000 per annum, rising to up to £12,500 plus other benefits. Salary is reviewed after three months and there are also genuine career progression opportunities.

  Business Telemarketers

This role involves outbound business to business calling between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

We work on many campaigns across a number of different industries, in a quality focused and results orientated environment. Our Telemarketers are well supported with a structured training and development programme, including the opportunity to work towards national qualifications.

There is also a realistic and transparent promotion path for the right individuals - most of our management team have been promoted internally.

This is not a commission-only position. You will be salaried at a competitive rate and will also be entitled to 20 days paid holiday and other benefits, such as reduced cost membership of the health club facilities at the Metropole Hotel just around the corner.
