3437 lapsed accounts reactivated during extensive telemarketing campaign to relaunch Addison Lee’s Business Priority Plus Account

Addison Lee, a London-based private hire company, approached The Telemarketing Company early in 2016 to deliver a campaign promoting their new Business Priority Plus Account, a relaunch of their Priority Account. The  goal was to target lapsed customers to re-engage bookings for the new proposition.

As a result of an extensive campaign involving over 8000 conversations with decision makers, 3437 lapsed accounts were reactivated and re-engaged with the new proposition offering exclusive incentives to business customers.
