Following a recent visit and review of quality standards and processes, auditors have extended The Telemarketing Company’s ISO 9001 certification.

The audit report highlighted the robustness of the company’s quality management system and its commitment to excellent customer satisfaction demonstrated by high levels of repeat business.

ISO 9001 certification is one of many industry standards adhered to within a best practice framework adopted across the company to give clients assurance of the quality of service offered.
