We are pleased to announce that The Telemarketing Company has successfully passed its first annual ISO 9001 audit.

The company is proud of its commitment to quality across all departments and processes; the ISO 9001 accreditation forms part of a robust framework of industry standards, including FSA authorisation, Investors in People, IQCS* Accreditation and Market Research Society AITS**.

Since the company was established 25 years ago it has been committed to a culture of quality and best practice in an industry often associated with poor standards. An externally audited standard such as the ISO 9001 quality management gives clients additional assurance around the service we deliver and the processes we use.

The extension of our ISO 9001 accreditation is another important milestone in our ongoing commitment to operational excellence.
