Bespoke CATI interface and multi-contact approach delivers cleansed and enhanced database within two weeks

Our latest customer testimonial describes how Krohne, a world-leading manufacturer and supplier of solutions in industrial process instrumentation, engaged TTMC Research to cleanse and enhance a customer database, which hadn’t been maintained for over a decade. TTMC Research developed a bespoke CATi interface and agents were trained in accordance with the Market Research Society’s Accredited Interviewer Training Scheme.  Extensive call monitoring, including live monitoring, helped refine the approach and improve the quality of results over time.
