Our latest customer testimonial describes how Datamonitor, an independent premium business information and market analysis company, engaged TTMC Research to undertake their bi-annual Energy Buyer’s Survey. Working within the guidelines of the Market Research Society’s code of conduct and using a bespoke CATI interface, the team conducted a questionnaire with approximately 450 UK organisations to gain insight, understand buying habits and measure customer satisfaction within the British energy market.
