The Telemarketing Company is re-accredited with IQCS

The Telemarketing Company has successfully passed its IQCS re-accreditation inspection.

The inspector's report was glowing, highlighting that  "The training programme is excellent" and that "Continual feedback is given and is very well documented". The report also notes that "The person responsible for quality control and IQCS accreditation is highly professional and is committed to quality standards" and concludes that "This is a well organised telephone centre conducting a high standard of telephone interviewing".

Niall Habba, MD of The Telemarketing Company said "We're really pleased to have passed our re-inspection and to have had our commitment to high quality telephone research confirmed through a thorough inspection. This re-accreditation underpins our relationships with a roster of CATI clients, including American Express, Metlife, Tesco and The Carphone Warehouse."
