Recall Limited is the second largest UK document storage and retrieval provider with a 15% market share. Recall’s services cover the management of physical and digital documents throughout their entire life cycles, from creation through to indexing, storage, retrieval, processing and eventual destruction. These services are provided to a diverse customer base, with the primary focus on transaction-intensive market segments such as Banking and Finance, Insurance, Legal, Healthcare, Retailing and Government.
The engagement between Recall and The Telemarketing Company is a long one and dates back to early 2006. Over this period the two companies have worked together on project based activity with campaigns of varying lengths.
The latest campaign has grown organically, starting with physical storage and gradually adding more of Recall’s solutions so that prospects can be offered a full solution of physical or digital storage as well as Disaster Recovery Planning.
Each stage has been carefully migrated into the campaign with face-to-face briefs between Recall and The Telemarketing Company’s calling team. Regular call recordings are exchanged as well as bi-weekly Conference Calls and site visits for a frank exchange of views.
Project execution and results
Original data was purchased for the launch of the project and this has been topped up by data, which was of particular interest to Recall from various sectors. Recall provided extensive information on other players in the market to assist with objection handling and criteria under which it would not be worth setting a face-to-face appointment. In this case Sales Leads can be offered.
As well as Recall’s key selling points, which are fundamental to its culture, The Telemarketing Company understands each of Recall’s data centres, in terms of location and individual features.
The original booking has recently been extended and there have been some quick wins in conversion to business.
