Project background

Crimson Publishing approached The Telemarketing Company in 2010 to run a campaign calling cold and warm business records. The objective was to secure attendees for a series of high profile events with major sponsors for start-up and growing businesses in a number of key UK cities.

Topics included – Ready for Growth, Boosting Business Online and Ignite Business Growth.

The seminars featured guest speakers from businesses, banking and media and were held at prestigious venues all over the country with a lead seminar and main speaker being held at a Central London location and video linked to the other venues.

Results

For this initial campaign an attendee was generated every 0.83 hours of calling and some 671 qualified attendees were secured in total over the course of the campaign.

Crimson Publishing were so impressed with this first campaign that they enlisted The Telemarketing Company to run a further 7 campaigns between January 2010 and November 2012.
